By purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Dinner Detective may refuse entry or remove any guest who does not comply.
DRESS CODE: Business or dressy casual is required. No cut-off T-shirts, shorts, ballcaps, flip-flops, or torn clothing. Nice jeans and hats are allowed.
MINIMUM AGE: Age requirements vary by location, usually 15+. Check your venue's FAQ. Babies, toddlers, and young children are not permitted.
SPECIAL EFFECTS: Shows may include prop guns, simulated gunshots, and brief lighting blackouts.
PROMO CODES & GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift certificates and promo/voucher codes must be applied before purchase. They cannot be added after a transaction is completed.
REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING, CHANGES: All sales are final. No refunds for any reason. Optional Allianz insurance may cover certain issues (see policy). Reschedule at least 7 days prior for $20/ticket; none allowed within 7 days. No meal changes within 4 days or on-site.
TICKET POLICY ~ SHOW DATES AND ADMISSION: Tickets are valid only for the date/time purchased. Wrong-date arrivals cannot be seated. Transfers require prior written approval and may incur fees. No refunds or credits for attending on the wrong date.
WEAPON / CONCEALED CARRY POLICY: Weapons, including those carried with permits, are prohibited at all locations, regardless of local laws.
CHECK-IN POLICY: Seating is pre-assigned and shared upon arrival. Arrive 10-15 minutes before check-in with your confirmation and photo ID. Tickets unclaimed 30 minutes after check-in may be forfeited without refund.
FOOD, ALCOHOL AND DISRUPTION POLICY: No outside food/drinks or to-go boxes. Bars typically open at check-in. Guests who are visibly intoxicated or disruptive may be removed without refund.
FILMING AND RECORDING: Recording during the show is prohibited without prior written consent. Unauthorized filming may result in removal and/or device confiscation.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Attendance involves inherent risks, including potential virus exposure. You agree to follow all rules and release The Dinner Detective and its partners from claims arising from your attendance.
